Modern Testing, Stripping and Assembling Facilities:

Hydraulic Cylinder Test Centre:

 

  • Our Test Centre is controlled by a Bluetooth Pressure Management System. This is a first in South Africa and is supported by a Texas based company with a global footprint. The test data is digitally recorded and the test data is displayed in a PDF format. Through the use of control valves we are able to perform Hydrostatic testing throughout the length of a cylinder.

Fabrication:

We have a fabrication division under the leadership of Leon van Rhyn who has 33 years experience in the industry.

Our welders are coded to perform welding repairs on all types of mobile cranes.  

All welds are done according to a specific welding procedure, which is job specific.

All welded components undergo methodical assessment before release, NDT (Non-destructive testing) dye-pen and MPI tests and stress relieve where required, are standard.

Our workshop is fully equipped and with a strong management structure and artisans, we ensure only the highest levels of quality work being produced.
